 Special Events Camp for Kids Run Benefiting Camp Ronald McDonald® at Eagle lakeA 5k run/walk/stroller race to be held at Diamond Mountain Golf Course, Susanville, CA. All proceeds will benefit Camp Ronald McDonald at Eagle Lake. Registration fee includes race entry, shirt, and food. A raffle will also be held at the end of the event. $1 a ticket or $5 for 6 tickets. Contact Katie Anderson at 530-260-1319 for more information. Download Registration Form [PDF] Register Online 17th Annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast Come join us for a traditional breakfast of fluffy pancakes, scrumptious sausage and a variety of hot and cold beverages. All proceeds benefit local kids to attend Lassen County Kids Week at Camp.When: May 29 – 30, 2010 Time: 7:00 – 11:00 AM Where: Camp Ronald McDonald at Eagle Lake Cost: $5.00 PANCAKE BREAKFAST FLYER Pioneer Work Parties Every May and September, Camp Ronald McDonald at Eagle Lake hosts a work party to aid in the opening and closing of camp. Volunteers from all over Northern California join for fun, great food and of course projects! Work parties generally last for one week, but volunteers need not stay for the whole time; cabin spaces and RV spaces are available. Meals cost $10/day and include breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. Come and join us for a great party!Sample projects include: pipe repairs, maintenance of walkways, staining of buildings, pine needle removal, dock set-up, replacing flooring in cabins and building opening & cleaning.
